Har du en strategi for 2020? Sådan lød en mail i min postkasse her til morgen.
Nææ, egentlig ikke sådan en strategi og hvad er en strategi egentlig? Jeg kan godt lave planer, jeg vil egentlig gå så langt som at sige at jeg har det sorte bælte i at lave planer og lister der passer til. Men så stopper rejsen som regel også der. Jeg ekselerer ikke i at fuldføre en plan, jeg skal nok nå i mål – men sjældent af de veje jeg i udgangspunktet havde tiltænkt.
Hvad er en strategi?
Den danske ordbog skriver: overordnet, langsigtet planlægning der især tager hensyn til endemålet eller fremgangsmåde; metode.
Så blev jeg da så meget klogere, men som med alt andet så har jeg evnen til kognitivt at forstå hvad der menes – men at omsætte “Overordnet langsigtet planlægning” til noget faktuelt brugbart i mit levet liv – kræver vist lidt mere end bare at lave en liste.
Og hvad er egentlig forskellen på en plan, et nytårsfortsæt og en strategi.
Imens jeg luftede hunden fandt jeg følgende fikspunkter, skulle jeg kaste mig ud i en strategi for 2020. (givet er det altså at jeg først finder ud af hvordan man laver en strategi – fikspunkter, det klare jeg)
